On Sunday 17 July 2022 Ian and Meryl played online for the Duke of Wellington’s Dancers’ “The Age of Invention” Ball at Rownhams House, Hampshire.
With the help of an ethernet cable to aid the connection, we were able to play som 14 dances remotely beamed in to dancers at Rownhams. Dances included:
The Witch of the Lakes, The Spectre Knight, The French Assembly, Lison Dormoit cotillion, The Seven Stars, Jacky Tarr, The Duke of Kent’s Waltz, The Running Footman, Lord Wellington’s Waltz, La Violette (dedictated to our friend Stuart Marsden), Arcadian Nuptials, The Pleasures of the Night and Auretti’s Dutch Skipper.
