Ian and Meryl played online for two nights of dancing at Mrs Bennet’s Ballroom’s houseparty again on 13 and 15 August this year.
Tuesday evening was Georgian dances 
– dances included Lord Byron’s Maggot, Admiralty All Alye, The Disbanded Officer, Hole in the Wall, Les Soirees Amusantes, Mr Beveridge’s Maggot, Mile End Assembly and Shrewsbury Lasses.
On Thursday evening we played for Regency dances, including Bath Carnival, Fairy Revels, Hunt the Squirrel, Jockey to the Fair, The Northdown Waltz, The Picnic Waltz, Hart’s 8th Set quadrilles, Salamanca Castanets, The Nymph and Triolet to Queen Pulkawalka’s waltz tune.
